Ingredients:-
3-4 tbsp. Oil
1 cup Purple Yam diced
1 cup Brinjals
1 Cup Broad Beans (Val Papdi Beans)
4 Drumsticks
1 cup Potatoes diced
6-7 Green Chillies, chopped
2 cups Spring onions
500 gms. Chicken
2 tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1½ tsp. Garam Masala
1 tsp. Turmeric Powder
2 tsp. Ginger-Garlic Paste
Salt, to taste
